IASME, the body responsible for the delivery of the Cyber Essentials Scheme, are increasing the cost of Cyber Essentials certification.
IASME cited, significant rises in wages and energy costs over the last 2 years, having impacted the cost of delivering the scheme, indeed, IASME’s costs have increased by 21% in the period.
However, to give some further context to this, it is the first price increase for Cyber Essentials since January 2022 and only the second increase since Cyber Essentials started back in 2014.
Prices for Cyber Essentials Certification will rise from 1st April and can be seen below:
